If your sign arrives damaged, email [email protected] within 7 days with a photo. We ship a replacement immediately, no return required.

Not happy

If you are not happy with your sign for any reason within 15 days of delivery, email us. We will refund the sign in full. No return required.

Custom / made-to-order

Because every sign is produced after you order, we can’t restock returned items. Our guarantee replaces a return policy: if it’s wrong, we make it right.
